Sunday Service 24 x 36

Sunday Service

24 × 36 inches | Original Mixed Media on 1.5" Gallery-Wrapped Canvas

Sunday Service honors the quiet beauty and history held within the walls of a small rural church. Beneath an expansive blue sky, the familiar white structure is brought to life through layers of vintage paper, paint, and texture.

The church walls are collaged with pages from an antique bible that was falling a part. This collage delivers those pages a new life, allowing scripture to become part of the architecture itself. Weathered textures and hand-applied details evoke a building shaped by generations of worship, celebration, and community.

Nostalgic and deeply rooted in place, Sunday Service reflects the heart of Sage Briar Studio—giving old stories new life through art.
