Blue Glow Agave 24 x 36

Blue Glow Agave

24 × 36 inches | Original Mixed Media on 1.5" Gallery-Wrapped Canvas

Blue Glow Agave celebrates the bold, sculptural beauty of one of the Southwest’s most recognizable native plants. Broad agave leaves rise from a richly textured vessel, their deep blue-green tones and hand-drawn edges creating a striking silhouette against a soft, weathered neutral background.

Layers of vintage papers, book pages, paint, and mixed media give the piece a sense of history and depth. Subtle typography and aged textures remain visible throughout the vessel and surrounding details, reflecting Sage Briar Studio’s signature approach of reimagining fragments of the past through contemporary fine art.

Earthy yet vibrant, Blue Glow Agave brings the enduring beauty of the Texas landscape indoors.
